OSK Ventures International Berhad (OSKVI)
Established in 2000 and listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities in 2004, OSKVI looks to invest in companies with attractive growth prospects that are seeking expansion capital for business restructuring or expansion purposes.
The company has to-date, successfully nurtured over 17 investees companies to a trade sale position or initial public offering on Bursa Malaysia and the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Its current investments focuses mainly on ICT, consumer and retail, healthcare and education.

OSK Capital Sdn Bhd
OSK Capital is a licensed moneylender governed under the Moneylenders Act 1951 (Act 400) that provides short-term working capital financing, including equities/shares related financing to individuals and companies.
OSK Capital provides the following services to reputable individuals and companies:

- Working capital financing
- Equities/ shares related financing such as financing for initial public offering, rights issue, private placement, general offer and employee share option scheme.
THE Group’s construction business is carried out by OSK Construction Sdn Bhd (OSKC), previously known as PJD Construction Sdn Bhd (PJDC) which was first established in 1979.
Over the years, we have established a respectable presence within the industry, having constructed and built multiple residential and commercial properties as well as infrastructure projects in Malaysia. We also continue to build up our overseas portfolio with expansion into projects across the border to Bangkok, Thailand in 2014.

OSK Industries is involved in the manufacturing and sale of high quality cables and Integrated Building Systems (IBS) wall panels and these are offered through two main companies, namely Olympic Cable Company Sdn Bhd and Acotec Sdn Bhd.
With our own manufacturing facilities and state-of-the-art machinery, our cables and wall panels are renowned within the industry for its quality and value. We will continue to identify and introduce new products to meet the needs of the industry across the domestic and regional markets.
Olympic Cable Company Sdn Bhd (OCC)
OCC specialises in the production of high quality PVC/XLPE armoured cables as well as fire resistant cables which are marketed both locally and internationally to Singapore, Australia, Middle East and Vietnam.
With a manufacturing plant in Malaysia and Vietnam, OCC continues to expand their range of products to meet the growing demands of the market in various industries including building & construction, oil & gas and marine.

Acotec Sdn Bhd
Acotec Sdn Bhd is an Integrated Building System manufacturer and holds the exclusive rights to manufacture Acotec Wall Panels, a hollow core precast wall panel in Malaysia. The company is also a pioneer in the manufacturing of these wall panels in Singapore and Malaysia.
Over the years, Acotec has established a strong presence in the industry and its wall panels are deemed as a construction method of choice across the globe. It was successfully utilised in several sizeable construction projects both in Malaysia and in countries such as Germany, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore.
Swiss-Garden International (SGI) is the home-grown hospitality brand under the OSK Group and comprises the hotels business as well as the vacation club business.
SWISS-GARDEN INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD
First established in 1991, SGI currently manages and operates 10 hotels and resorts with an inventory of over 3,100 room in prime locations around Malaysia and in Australia. With nearly 25 years of experience in developing and managing hospitality facilities as well as providing hospitality management services to third party facilities, SGI aims to provide a hospitality experience that meets the needs of our discerning customers across the board.

SGI VACATION CLUB BERHAD
As Malaysia’s leading vacation club operator SGI Vacation Club (SGIVC), the leisure segment under the Hospitality division was established in September 2001 to offer flexible week-based vacation ownership programme.
In addition to the hotels and resorts under the Swiss-Garden International stable, SGIVC is also affiliated with Interval International, allowing members access to over 2,900 quality hotels and resorts in over 80 countries around the world.
Today, over 15,000 members across Malaysia continue to enjoy this service and with their strong support, SGIVC was awarded The Brand Laureate SMEs Best Brands Award for Corporate Branding – Leisure Vacation Club in 2013 and The Brand Laureate SMEs Signature Award in the category of BestBrands in Leisure – Vacation Club in 2015.
